Dr. Robin Stout Sargent is from Syracuse, Ohio and graduated from Racine Southenr High School in 1991.  She earned a bachelor's degree in zoological sciences from Ohio University in 1995.  In 1991, Dr. Sargent graduated Cum Laude from The Ohio State University College of Optometry.  Her extern rotation was completed at Chillicothe Veteran's Hospital with an emphasis in diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease.  She joined the practice of Todd Ragan in July of 1999 and offers full scope optometric care for all ages.  Dr. Sargent is a member of the Ohio Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
