Dr. R. Todd Ragan is from the Gallipolis area.  He graduated from North Gallia High School in 1985.  He then earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Ohio University in 1989.  Dr. Ragan graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry with honors in 1993.  He completed an extern rotation at the Chillicothe Veteran's Hospital with emphasis in diagnoses and treatment of ocular disease.  Dr. Ragan formed his practice in Gallipolis in 1994.  He continues to offer a full scope optometric practice for all ages.  Dr. Ragan is a member of the Ohio Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.  He and his family are members of the Vinton Baptist Church and are active in the Gallia County community.
